Turkey is a classic #Thanksgiving dish – and a classic of French cuisine, too! Hear why from Julia Child herself. 🦃

A croissant? On a sandwich? We're still awestruck.
Mindy Kaling talks with Seth Meyers on "Late Night with Seth Meyers." Mindy says "When I was growing up, Dunkin' was like the finest of French bakeries." Seth says "I remember the fact that they made a sandwich on a croissant. I was like, "this is the highest level of food."

Nicholas Quah is a staff writer and critic who covers podcasts, TV, and pop culture for New York Magazine's @vulture site. He just put out his "The Best Podcasts of 2025 (So Far)" list. LOOK WHO MADE THE CUT! 👀👀
Nicholas Quah in Vulture: I have a lot of time for Ian Coss and his team of collaborators at WGBH after 2023’s The Big Dig, where they took a major boondoggle, an uber-expensive highway project in Boston long-decried as the poster-child for government bloat that actually turned out to be highly successful, and used it to tell a bigger story about the politics of American infrastructure. With Scratch & Win, they tackle legal gambling in America, a phenomenon that exploded into cultural ubiquity only recently, and they do that in just the way you’d hope: by running it through the tale of what they call “the unlikely rise of America’s most successful lottery,” which, of course, took place in Massachusetts, where state officials faced off with organized crime in the ’70s in a bid to take over the market.

A LOT of kids sent handwritten letters to ZOOM at 🎶 Box 350 Boston, MA 02134 🎶 But we've picked one of those letters from the pile to share with you. #ArchivesHandwriting #ArchivesHashtagParty
ZOOMers sort through a huge pile of letters sent in to them.
One such letter is written in big and blocky letters with childlike penmanship. It reads "July 3, 1978. Dear Zoom Please, I don't want any answerss. And I don't want to be on t.v. But I just want to say I love your shows! I watch them every time I can. Your great, your fantastic! You're just like my best friend! Love, [omitted]."
