    🚨BREAKING🚨 In GOA's case, a federal court just stuck down NFA registration for: ❌Suppressors ❌Short-Barreled Rifles ❌Short-Barreled Shotguns GOA & our allies in Congress eliminated the tax. The National Firearms Act of 1934 is now UNCONSTITUTIONAL as applied.

    Thank you to all the Senators & Representatives who are telling @AGToddBlanche to not defend the NFA. If @TheJusticeDept does not appeal GOA's victory, then millions of Americans will be able to purchase & manufacture unregistered suppressors & short-barreled rifles on 8/13. 🇺🇸

    Congratulations to @DAGToddBlanche on his confirmation as Attorney General. We hope to see him remedy the 2A mistakes of the Bondi DOJ. STEP 1 should be to cease defending NFA gun registration and to embrace Judge Hendrix’s decision: the $0 is an unconstitutional tax!
