Howling For Wolves was created to be a voice for wild wolves. We are working to change laws to protect wolves for future generations.
- Wolves are woven into America’s wild past, symbolizing resilience and the untamed spirit of our nation’s roots. As a keystone species, they keep ecosystems healthy — protecting them means preserving a vital part of our heritage.
- Wolf hunting is never a legitimate way to “manage” wolves— hunting quotas are meaningless because there is no control once wolf killing begins. Stay vigilant! Hunting is no way to continue recovering wolves from going extinct. Spread the word— there's NO NEED FOR A WOLF HUNT!
- Protecting wolves protects ecosystems and biodiversity.
- Republicans, led by Reps. Tiffany (WI) & Boebert (CO), reintroduced a bill to remove Endangered Species Act protections for gray wolves. The bill would delist wolves nationwide & block judicial review, giving Congress unchecked control. Read more: bit.ly/3Eu9119
