    God damn, this is a good tweet Ryan. @TroyAikman always says sacks are a Quarterback stat. I think the O-line obviously plays a huge role in these numbers as well, but the QB plays a bigger role in Sacks than what is often presented by the media. This illustrates it so well.

    Anyone arguing that sack rate is not heavily tied to the quarterback is fighting a losing proposition. Among quarterbacks with at least 4,500 combined regular season and postseason pass attempts, the five lowest combined sack rates in NFL history belong to: Dan Marino: 3.13%
