When you mentally focus on your footwork working on the angles of an ❌, will increase your chances to cut the ball off and get the correct hop.

• find the hop and pick it up
• after you see where the hop is going to be, pick it and stick the catch… while you are picking and sticking, your body should maintain its angle on top of the ball.
