For men, everyone will eventually abandon you if you fail..there is no forever in your life. We need to offer and hand, support, mentorship with each other. We need to revitalize the brotherhood that recent generations have abandoned and give over to the women in our lives.

My company had been exploring moving all engineering jobs offshore. I’m all in favor of revoking visas and H1Bs, but how do we prevent a massive tech offshoring movement?
