Time-to-result is really the big thing to some degree — that’s why in some situations GLM 5.3 Flash wins as the default coding worker here, even if DS4F can match quality with more spend. Different models, different jobs —— That’s the whole point of routing.

I just finished testing Qwen 3.8 Flash. GLM 5.3 Flash is the better model despite the lower tok/s, which don't matter because it's faster to get to result anyway. GLM: best primary coding worker. Slightly better first-pass quality than DS4F and dramatically more efficient.
