    It's a fool's errand to try to hide your website's data from AI agents by not providing an API. Agents have gotten incredibly good at operating browsers — not providing an API is just bad UX for your users.

    I don't think Anthropic realizes how shit their user comms are on GitHub — there are no humans replying, and a silly bot auto-closes almost all issues after 7 days. One of the reasons I switched to Codex is the high-quality support they provide on GitHub.

    And folks, this is why everyone should start using the "Minimum release age" feature introduced in npm, bun, pnpm, etc. ASAP I set mine to 7 days, meaning, no packages that were shipped earlier than 7 days are allowed to be installed on my machine.
