It was just reported that the Trump White House is weaponizing the federal gov to punish CO for lawfully running our elections & enforcing our laws. This is unconstitutional & I won’t stand for it. I'll always stand up when an administration abuses its power & fight for CO.

I just filed my 76th lawsuit against the Trump administration. This time they are trying to seize sensitive personal data from 17 million commercial drivers without adequate safeguards. Colorado’s data belongs to Coloradans. I will always take action to protect Colorado.
