    And just like that… the old guardhouse is gone. The guardhouse on the concrete slab at the former Kempston Hardwick Brickworks has now been completely demolished, leaving behind little more than a pile of rubble. It was the last surviving building from the old brickworks site

    🏚️ **THIS WEEK WE SAY GOODBYE TO THE OLD GUARDHOUSE** We’ve been watching and speculating about this little building for quite a while, but demolition of the old Kempston Hardwick brickworks guardhouse is finally taking place. The building has been standing there for decades.
