The courts have spoken: no tax, no registration—and the DOJ declined to appeal. FFLs shouldn’t be left in limbo after the NFA’s tax and registration requirements for suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs were ruled unconstitutional. The DOJ and ATF must issue clear guidance.
