Yesterday, the Fairfax County Parkway Southern Segment Project team opened the 3rd lane on northbound Route 123 between Chapel Road and Fairfax County Parkway, achieving completion of the Project's Unique Milestone #2 four days early. Congrats to the team for a job well done!

Major traffic shift on the Route 1 and I-95 Improvements at Exit 126 Project in Fredericksburg, VA. The traffic shift for this major milestone was successfully completed the night of August 17, 2026, and the project is on schedule for Substantial Completion in June 2027.

At the Western Area Infrastructure Improvements Design-Build Project in Chesterfield County, Shirley crews opened the North-South Collector Road "John Thomas Way" to traffic on Friday, August 7, 2026. The team celebrated with a cookout on August 14. @ChesterfieldVa
