Happy International Dog Day! 🐶💙 Dogs don’t need you to explain what’s wrong. They’re just there. Sometimes, a walk, a wagging tail and a little unconditional company can make a tough day feel a bit lighter. 🐾 #SickNotWeak

If you know someone who’s struggling, check in. You don’t need the perfect words or a solution. Just letting them know you’re thinking about them can make a difference. They might not be ready to talk. That’s okay. What matters is that they know you’re there. 💙 #SickNotWeak

Sometimes, words can’t describe what’s wrong. You may not know what you’re feeling or how to explain it. You don’t need the “right words” to ask for help. “I’m not okay.” “I don’t know what’s wrong, but I need help.” That’s enough. 💙 #SickNotWeak
