@Microsoft you have to fix Swiftkey -- 3 out of 4 times when I hit the microphone it says "oops, something went wrong" and it takes a second or two before you can then hit the microphone and dictate.

Read, RT, and repost. We need to find the courage not only to speak up, as Rachel did, but also to speak TO one another. Imagine if there had not been a chilly silence but an actual discussion. It may have made no difference; that's what we so often assume. But it's worth a try.
