    Alright hear me out - 4/5 year rookie contracts, no gaming the rights. Draft a college player, 4 years and they can move. HS it is 5. Pushes for debuts sooner or thr pmayer can sign a new deal that pays them well. Makes FA pool larger. - salary floor = 50% of the highest 5 teams
