@parcelmonkey please explain why you aren't communicating with our charity to explain why we are being charged for returning something that we have already paid @UPS for? I have been waiting for a response since 17/9 and the parcel was sent on 7/7. #CustomerServiceNightmare

@parcelmonkey please can you explain why our charity needs to pay a second £17.38+VAT to get a parcel back, having had customs charges misapplied so the recipient couldn't accept it and paying @UPS already to return it to me? We have been waiting for response since 17/9...
