I am surprised that no one on the Judiciary Committee pulled the Mitch McConnell excuse on Flake because he is within his last year of Senate and thusly he should not get an opportunity to vote. @maddow @democracynow- If POTUS can’t stick by raising the min. age of firearms to 21, than this is the perfect opportunity for Alcohol groups to lobby heavily on lowering the drinking age back to 18. If a responsible adult can pop a cap then they should be able to have a night cap too. @abinbev
