As we celebrate the Fourth of July and the 250th Anniversary of you country be careful with fireworks. They are dangerous and I have seen terrible injuries over the years which are life altering. Burns, facial injuries and permanent disability and worst.

We are happy that Officer Brittany Taylor was discharged from ZSFG Level I Trauma Center after sustained injuries in the line of duty in an officer involved shooting. Thanks to everyone who participated in her care and the SFPD who brought her in. @TraumaDocSF, @ZSFGCare.
