As a newly minted 🇬🇧 citizen (yup, that happened!) I am super impressed they manage to leave a good impression with the last step...@HM_Passport process has been🧈 All digital, including attestation from another person. Frequent status updates via email/sms. Clear timelines. 🤩

@UPS_UK hey all, you disregarded a confirmed date change for delivery and now the package is not at the address on arrival. There is no photo proof of delivery & I can't file a claim because the "zip code" isn't working (for the right UK post code). Please help?
