Sounds like he’s sustained a Grade 3c tear.
We want a second opinion as may need surgery, but obviously we want to avoid that if possible, as surgery would put him more towards the higher end of the 8–16 week recovery time.
Without surgery, it’s more like 8–10 weeks

Abbott plays in a back 5 arguably better than a 4 as that’s what Glasner/Forest play in him.
