Absolutley delighted to take delivery of our brand new surgical robot at Whipps Cross Hospital today with @Jimi_Odejinmi this is going to transform surgical care for our residents and brings cutting edge (excuse the pun!) technology to Whipps!

Just back from Barcelona speaking at the @IntuitiveSurg European commercial conference about my experience as a CEO & patient. Best part is my speaking fee goes to @Barts_Charity which will help buy the next generation of robots and will benefit patients across the East of London

Have just built my first PC in over 20 years and I have to say I think it’s an absolute beauty! Obviously it’s for work purposes rather than gaming on an ultra wide monitor! 😬

Great to be back @10DowningStreet tonight for the tech week garden party and to get to share the success of our surgical robotics programme @NHSBartsHealth and Whipps Cross Hospital. It was great to share my own personal story of having had a robotic distal pancreatectomy.
