Just checked into the supposedly 4-star @sheratonhotels Times Square. Renovated lobby, but the room feels 1-star. Dirty areas, broken devices, and some equipment old enough for a museum. Extremely disappointing. Photos and video say the rest. @MarriottBonvoy #hotelexperience

As much as I love @amazon their way of handling issues is completely unprofessional, never giving you a case number is not acceptable especially with #fraud issues. 4 days of no records on their end, very convenient! #amazon #customerexperience
