Booked flights to Japan with JAL. Only 3 cabins available & no seat selection. Flights operated by BA so had to choose seats with them. Want premium economy, BA says to upgrade flight, JAL says I can't as only 3 cabins. Being passed back & forth @British_Airways @JAL_Official_jp
