Really interesting comments on my YouTube channel community tab re. polyphasic sleep. My fifth night failed as I felt too tired to get up at 1.20am. Having slept the full night now I'm confident I'm fully caught up on any deficit.

Third day in a polyphasic sleep routine. More overlap with colleagues in NZ is a win. No massive reduction in overall time asleep but huge advantage in focus as a result of shorter times doing the same thing. Think the maturation effect helps with problem solving too.

First 32 hours experimenting with polyphasic sleep cycle. So far so good. At the moment aiming for similar total sleep as normal. If that goes ok I’ll experiment reducing slightly. I think in general sleep is a good thing and I’m not trying to reduce it to crazy levels.
