- Building with AI condenses the trade-off decision-making of a whole PM career to… a few months? Now that engineering isn’t the long pole, the need for prioritization gets more intense. Fun times!Human judgement in engineering is ironically even more crucial now. Deciding what to build. Deciding on the right architectures. Deciding whether you regenerate from scratch $$$ or reuse existing legos. Managing tech debt. You can do anything now, but you can't do everything.
