"something's off" is an extremely cool book but doesn't necessarily appeal to everyone. just bc it's about sports fashion doesn't make it slop. idk what you guys are on about

i'm exactly halfway thru Moby Dick (loving it) & i think the reason it's so hated is that it reads like a painting rather than like a novel if you didn't like it, but wanted to, it might work better to approach it as you would a large oil painting
