Nice, this rule was timing out yesterday after an extra nonce replay check was added. Not sure why. Since then, solady safecast int256 was added and now it's passing. Not sure why.

One of the @chainlink CRE service quotas is a limit for onchain reads per execution, so bundling all relevant state for the workflow to check - is it paused? - does recovery mode exist? - current epoch - prev epoch - rebalance into a single getter maximizes efficiency
