@airtelindia I purchased a POCO C71 with the Airtel Exclusive Program. To remove the lock, I paid ₹600 through the Airtel Exclusive app, but my phone is still locked and I cannot install third-party apps. Despite contacting customer care 12 times, no solution has been provided.
