Last thing I’ll say about it; highly likely Amazon has been training its gen ai off of twitch content for a while. This is just the first time it’s been acknowledged. Would not be the first time a company has done this.

Half my viewers have turned this off, left settings, gone back to settings, and it was auto back on again by the way.

Twitch now uses your channel to train generative AI by default. You can opt out of some training here: twitch.tv/settings/secur…
    Training for Generative AI

Allow your channel content to train generative AI content models at Amazon. Turning this off does not opt you out of Twitch and Amazon using your channel content for other purposes described in the Twitch Privacy Notice, including using AI-supported Twitch features that benefit the community by facilitating streamer growth and monetization (such as real-time sponsorship campaign assistance), viewer discovery (such as recommendations), and community safety (such as AutoMod). Does this mean that because this was automatically on by default, that everyone's previous VODS, clips, and other channel content have already been used to train gen ai? @zachbussey @TwitchSupport if so, immensely frustrating.

the fact that this is on by default is disturbing and a massive slap in the face to content creators.
