@bookingcom I've just had a very strange whatsapp call from a gentleman claiming to be one of your representatives, in a call centre in Kenya. Is this legitimate?

@bookingcom we have a problem with a booking and are going round in circles with your online and telephone support teams. The problem is we don't have access to the confirmation ID or PIN, and without these neither team say they can help. How can we get help without these?
