@ATTHelp: 70 days of documented instability on AT&T fiber in Round Rock, TX. 18 video call freezes, 5 complete outages, speeds dropping to 142 Mbps on a gig line. Continuous monitoring confirms issue is on AT&T infrastructure, not my premises. Need network eng support. DMing.
