The way they so hastily rolled this one out of the lab to be the New Charlie Kirk before the original one was buried -- complete with all the hard-core Zionist wiring Charlie was uprooting -- was one of the great failures of modern-day marketing. New Coke was better executed.

Russiagate was an illustration of the potential consequences of 21st century digital media fragmentation, from the previously "mainstream." Many of the US's most educated, affluent liberals fell into, and got stuck for a couple years, in a useless conspiracy theory rabbit hole.
