    you put two words in front of someone: “policy” and “opportunity.” somehow they pick “policy.” I’ll never understand it.

    I suspect the exponential version of this overpromise is the “autonomous company.” I think we’ll get there, but we may be starting at the wrong end. Our take is to start with the atomic unit of work: the opportunity. Opportunities form teams. Teams eventually form companies.

    "AI agent as employee" is a tempting positioning — simple, rides existing rails (e.g. iphone is a phone) But it hasn't really worked so far, and I don't think it will work: Today, it overpromises. Tomorrow, it will be the wrong architecture for how work happens.
