The Estonian minister of justice complained about not seeing people like me debating AI policy here anymore. We now again do that in the open. See the website link in my bio here for directions to where that happens. X doesn't let me read DMs from a secure browser, so email me.

So @gmail in its wisdom sends me email to jb@gmail as well as j.b@gmail. All the jb@g email is entirely spam. No one I know is sloppy with dots. Now someone has associated jb@g with an @eBay account and I can't just make a password and disable it. Ebay now wants full info.

The same will happen to companies that misuse and overuse AI.

This is the beginning of the end of the AI luddite movement and it’s long overdue. AI is a generational productivity tool for all fields, and companies whose decisions get co-opted by AI haters will become entirely unviable as competition whizzes by with better products.

@MicrosoftHelps For a couple of months, when I use @Outlook in the browser I can no longer use just one of the emacs keybindings I always use – ^f no longer goes forward but does a search. This is driving me insane & slowing me down! Doesn't happen in teams. Please file this bug?
