Just wrote 2 KB articles describing how to manage files stored in OwnCDN using CloudBerry Explorer (owncdn.com/kb/20) and S3 Browser (owncdn.com/kb/21).
OwnCDN's API is S3 compatible and can be used with most tools that "speak" S3.
