- We woke up sleepy and tired, but excited to revisit another city. This time the train ride was short. We had our JR Passes which meant we could ride the super speedy Shinkansen — Osaka to Kyoto would be a 15 minute hop.
- We still couldn’t believe we were back in Japan, but the weather sure made sure we knew about it. The clouds in Korea had been kind to us, protecting us from the sun. But now in Osaka there was no more escaping the blazing hot sphere of fire in the sky.
- On July 23rd we had but a few hours in Korea. It was time to pack everything because in the afternoon we would be flying out from Busan to Osaka, Japan.
