$3M ARR! It took us 18 months to reach $1M 6 more months to reach $2M 4 more months to reach $3M  It’s not the speed Harry Stebbings asks for but it’s life changing speed for me personally. The core focus didn’t change: customers. I still reply to each support request

once you enable a model on "fast" it's really hard to go back to regular speed currently only using it with Cursor Grok 4.5 High Fast but the speed makes up for accuracy
