I can't imagine a world where the US has a president like Carney. Their politics will humble any decent well intentioned person no matter how competent. Competence isn't the quality they are looking for.

Went to The Well today. It's basically what I wish Oakridge Park could have been. Wellington Market has better cheaper food than Time Out Market. The shop selection more middle market less luxury. Design is open air concept but with rain protection. Just missing a grocery store.

Some day i'll figure out why Vancouver's downtown doesn't deliver the same vitality. I still think it's our tower and podium built form but people their claim it delivers more density. Guess Vancouverites just don't eat as much.

This pic is probably triggering for Toronto suburbanites. "Dog crate condos have ruined Toronto" they would say. My hot take is the condo boom has been wonderful. You can get good pizza, coffee, dumplings, shawarma, and noodles all over the city. It's absolutely phenomenal.
