    Just finished an amazing book about 1968, MLK, and James Earl Ray, “HELLHOUND ON HIS TRAIL”. 1968 is the most important year of modern America. In addition to this, read ⤵️ “NIXONLAND: AMERICA’S SECOND CIVIL WAR” by Rick Perlstein “DEATH OF A KING” by Tavis Smiley

    The best way to improve at a dynamic skill such as sprinting or jumping is to literally practice it fresh. Not a bunch of “developmental” exercises in hopes to see gain. Dose the exact speed and movement sequence multiple days a week in low volumes.
