- One H800 is roughly 7 cm across and consumes ~700 watts. You need 8xH800s in one server + memory, networking + cooling = ~15kw per server. DeepSeek used ~2k H800s to train V3. That is 256 servers working together as one machine, consuming roughly ~5mw. This is just oneFair point BUT data centers are not being built because they need to host more YT videos they’re entirely for the AI buildout And just because the internet has been good for me doesn’t mean I can’t see the obvious social disruption which is fueling people who hate data centers
