- As we wrap up our graduation coverage, we wanted to end with an inspiring story from our President’s Medal winner Somaya Faruqi, who fled the Taliban and pursued her dream of becoming a mechanical engineer here at Sac State while advocating for women and girls in Afghanistan. 🎓
