- Finally increased prices for @vaultaire_app after they approved the recent update. I was holding my breath but it's been 3 days. Sales are mostly the same. Conversion is the same. But the revenue ... doubled. Didn't expect that to be honest.
- These churn numbers are crazy to me. I have built a lot of companies and churn beyond 5% would make lose sleep for months. I know in the world of endless supply of customers it matters less, but I am just too old to tolerate a leaky bucket like this.We grew MRR by +$1k last day, but it feels like Postiz growth is starting to slow down. We don't grow $1k MRR every day, especially on weekends. We have 14% churn, but each month, that 14% is more $$$ I think we can improve it by 1-2% with some product work, email automations,

- I think @Cloudflare is one of the best infra companies out there. I pay $5/month for dozens of projects generating significant revenue. I think it's not as popular as Vercel, Replit, etc is due to their terribly complex UI. It's as bad as AWS.
