@RoyalCaribbean Can you please advise what is happening with the Casino Royale reservations? I'm seeing a lot of people are getting a SCAM phone call or email asking for direct payment to the agent when calling a number they have called for years. I'm afraid to call and book now.

@ATT customer service is a joke! Over 3 hours dealing with chat and live agents result in no help! And that’s the loyalty department, just imagine the regular customer service.

@Melaleuca I'm so frustrated with the security arm of your company. You only have 2 available technicians for service calls so you cancel my appointment? How can you operate like that? Not getting the very good customer service from that team either!

@methodistdallas, I do not understand why you can't STOP sending me a paper statement when I have opted out. This has been going on for almost 2 years and you have yet to fix this! #savepaper #gogreen #quitsendingpaperbills

@methodistdallas is continuing to send paper bills even though I opted out. Almost a yr trying, but keep getting ghosted. Not environment friendly. #stopsendingpaperbills #terriblecustomerservice
