"I use these approximately 15 hours a day between two sets of MouthPads." - Roger H. Roger has lived with quadriplegia since 2021. He now uses his MouthPad to navigate his computer more freely and efficiently. My definition of human-machine symbiosis.

One of our first VOX prototypes was basically 4 stethoscopes strapped to my head. Today it's one under your shirt, but we're exploring other form factors too!
A man in a dark hoodie seen in profile, wearing an early prototype: a white 3D-printed frame across his head with thin arms curving down to stethoscope heads pressed against his cheek and the side of his neck. Thin cables run from each head down past his shoulder. A workshop with a bicycle is blurred in the background.
The same man facing the camera, looking down, wearing the prototype: a white 3D-printed band over his head with arms reaching down to stethoscope heads resting against both sides of his jaw and neck. Cables from each side hang loose over the front of his hoodie.

VOX is a bit larger than a coin
Close-up of VOX, a skin-worn wearable microphone, lying face-up on a speckled granite surface. The device is a clear round housing on a thin white cord, with internal components visible through the shell: a white circular button or membrane at the center, a gold-colored disc to its right, and orange and dark gray elements around the perimeter. A 2023 US quarter sits to the right at the same scale, matching the device in diameter.

We didn't set out to reinvent the keyboard and mouse. We set out to give them to the people who have never had them.
