From intra procedural acute ischemia to final warm pink foot (passing through on table reperfusion syndrome) during a 40cm ATA CTO recanalisation in a diabetic dialysis patient with multiple arterovenous ulcers. Final AP view of the foot on the right. Never give up! Love my work!
