I'm currently building Kipzu, a gamified learning app, and AwaAgent, a rental platform built around verified inspections. Before this I led web and mobile delivery at RentSpace and co-founded Onjeki, a property marketplace. Shipped Atlas 2D/3D maps, the Chrome and Firefox Property Assistant, and a shared TanStack DataTable that replaced 20+ legacy tables.
