Export to WordPress, without a page builder
Design in Canvasly, then send the finished pages to WordPress as Pages or Posts. Each page looks exactly as designed, loads only what it needs, and stays plain HTML you can still edit in WordPress.
- Only the code each page uses. Canvasly compiles one stylesheet and a script with just the features your pages use, or no script at all. Page builder plugins usually load their whole framework, fonts and icon sets on every page, whether the page needs them or not, and that weight slows the site down.
- Not locked to a builder plugin. Each page is a standard WordPress Custom HTML block. Page builders keep layouts in their own format, so pages turn into shortcodes or broken layouts if the builder is ever switched off, and moving away means rebuilding them.
- Your theme can't break the design. The Canvasly full page template prints each page as exported, without the theme's styles or the extra scripts other plugins add.
- Works on any WordPress address. Links and images are filled in when the page is shown, so one export works on staging, on the live site or in a subfolder.
