From first call to software in use

Discovery

A call to understand the problem, the people who will use the software and what success looks like. You get a written scope and a fixed quote.

Design

Wireframes and, where it helps, a clickable Figma prototype, so you can see it and change your mind before code is written.

Build

Short cycles with working software to review as we go. You can see progress, not just status updates.

Launch and look after

Deployment, handover and 30 days of free bug fixes, then optional support and improvements.

Where are you based?

Our registered office is at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, Herefordshire, in England. We work remotely with clients in the UK and abroad.

Do you only build AI products?

No. Most of our work is web platforms, mobile apps and SaaS. We add AI where it saves time or money, such as reading documents or verifying faces, and we will tell you when it isn’t worth it.

How does a project start?

With a free discovery call. After it we send a written scope and a quote. We usually take a 50% deposit to start and the rest on delivery; larger projects can be split into milestones.

What happens after launch?

You get 30 days of free bug fixes. After that we offer flexible support and maintenance if you want it.
