For UK wholesalers, distributors and multi-site shops

Till, stock and accounts in one system.

OpesFlux is cloud software that runs your point of sale, stock control, purchase orders, invoicing, accounts and payroll together. A sale at the till updates stock and the books straight away, so nobody re-keys anything at the end of the week.

Sound familiar?

Running a business across four tools that don't talk to each other

The gap between them gets filled with manual work.

The till and the stock count never match

Sales go through one system and stock lives in another, so you over-order some lines and run out of others.

Someone re-keys everything each week

Sales, invoices and supplier bills get typed again into the accounts, and the mistakes come out at VAT time.

Several subscriptions that don't connect

A till, an accounting package, a payroll service and a rota app, each paid for separately and none sharing data.

Staff hours on paper or in a spreadsheet

Rotas, attendance and holidays sit apart from payroll, so every pay run starts with collecting numbers.

One system

Everything from the till to the payslip, sharing the same numbers

Point of sale

VAT and payroll, honestly

What OpesFlux does for tax and payroll, and what it leaves to your accountant

Accountants can have a read-only login to see the figures. Accountant partner programme.

OpesFlux does

  • Works out VAT on every sale and purchase, with a rate per product
  • Prepares your VAT return figures and VAT reports

  • Payroll rules for Japan, Pakistan and the United States too
  • Currency, tax rates, time zone and date format set per company

OpesFlux doesn't

  • Submit VAT returns to HMRC: your accountant or MTD bridging software does that
