Dotcube, and especially Allan, has repeatedly saved our e-commerce site with immediate answers and fixes. I cannot state the efficiency and reliability enough. Allan is always there, and his expertise, knowledge and friendly attitude, makes Dot Cube one of the most reliable hosting service companies we have ever encountered. Thank you, you deserve the 5 stars.

I cannot say enough good things about the DotCube team. We're in the process of building a website for Meals On Wheels Plumstead branch and they have gone above and beyond (and over, through, etc. etc.) to help us get the hosting and domain transferred and set up. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, but it's their service that's blown us away. Thank you to Allan and everyone at DotCube for answering our queries so quickly and in such a way that even the non-techies among us can understand!

Amazing service. I 'lost' all my emails due to a silly mistake on my side. Dot Cube was quick, friendly and efficient, all my emails are back and I am now safe to continue doing my business. Thank you guys, you have an awesome team.

I have been with DotCube since 2013, never one time have they failed me. The service is world class, the responsiveness is magnificent, the only company I know that can respond in less than 30min consistently. Thank you DotCube.

I have worked with multiple hosting companies before and Dot Cube is by far the most professional and helpful. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes for a response from their support team. They always go out of their way for their clients. I cannot recommend them enough. Excellent service every time.
